My Open Source Contributions

I believe in the power of open source and enjoy giving back to the community. While I’ve recently started to contribute more actively, my primary focus for now has been on localization and translating projects into Turkish, helping to make software more accessible to a wider audience.

Below is a list of projects I’ve had the pleasure of contributing to. My goal is to expand my contributions to include code, documentation, and community support in the future.

exif-cleaner-gui

A graphical metadata cleaner for image and video files. This tool helps users protect their privacy by easily removing EXIF data and other metadata from their media.

pv (Pipe Viewer)

pv is a terminal-based tool for monitoring the progress of data through a pipeline. It allows you to see data transfer rates, elapsed time, and estimated completion time for piped commands.

Hurry Curry!

A fast-paced, fun, and engaging multiplayer game centered around the theme of cooking. Players collaborate or compete to prepare various dishes.

EcoCalc

This application helps users calculate their potential earnings from recyclable waste, promoting environmentally friendly practices by highlighting the financial benefits of recycling.

EcoTrek

EcoTrek is designed to help users track their carbon footprint. By monitoring daily activities, it provides insights and suggestions to help individuals reduce their environmental impact.

OpenStreetMap Wiki

The OpenStreetMap Wiki is a collaborative project dedicated to creating and maintaining a free, editable map of the world. It serves as a comprehensive resource for mappers and users of OSM data.
